- Autumn at the Arboretum
Head to the Dallas Arboretum for its ongoing Autumn celebration. Thousands of pumpkins and gourds decorate the beautiful grounds. The theme is Finding Neverland, so the set up follows the beloved storyline of “Peter Pan.” It is open 9 to 5 p.m. every day until Nov. 21. Admission is $15.
- Kiss Me, Kate
The classic and Tony Award-winning Broadway musical is being performed by Main Stage Irving-Las Colinas. A comical re-telling of Shakespeare’s “The Taming of the Shrew,” the musical follows the story of an ex-husband and wife in show business who clearly have an unfinished romance. The show runs two consecutive weekends, those of Nov. 9 and Nov. 16. The musical is performed at the Dupree Theatre, located at 3333 North MacArthur Blvd in Irving. Seat costs range from $21 to $31.
- Dallas Stars vs. Nashville Predators
The hockey season continues on Saturday, Nov. 10 at 1 p.m., when the Stars will face the Nashville Predators. The game is at the American Airlines Center, and tickets are priced starting at $24.
