The Dallas Opera – The Dallas Opera presents “Così fan tutte.” Mozart does it again, with glorious music and comedy, where the women have the last laugh when the men they plan to marry come up with a bad idea. Elizabeth Askren conducts this production from San Francisco Opera, which is sung in Italian with English supertitles. Tickets start at $15, and there will be showings March 24, 26, 29 and April 1.
Shakespeare Day – Shakespeare McKinney provides an opportunity to show support for local arts communities, such as theater, dance, music and visual arts, at the celebration of culture, creativity and community. This will highlight Shakespeare’s work and the artistry of his time. Shakespeare’s work comes to life through presentations, adaptations and modernized renditions of his repertoire performed on the MainStage. There will be street performers and visual artists, a variety of food truck options and a vendor market. This will be held on March 25 at 10 a.m., tickets start at $10.
Texas Forever Fest – Plano Arts presents Texas Forever Fest, where visitors can enjoy live music, entertainment, activities, food, drinks and vendors influenced by Texas’ diverse culture and spirit. This event is free! It will take place in Haggard Park on March 25 at 11 a.m.
Irving Symphony Orchestra – ISO presents A Musical Tour of Mayan Culture.Enhanced by a multimedia presentation of fascinating images, the concert begins with one of Gershwin’s colorful scores and the sounds of the Texas Guitar Quartet. This will take place on March 25 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets start at $12.50.
The Big Bounce America – Featuring the Guinness-certified world record holder of The World’s Largest Bounce House, The Big Bounce America is the biggest touring inflatable event in the world. Four massive inflatable attractions will be in town March 24 through April 2. Admission starts at $22.
Gracie Abrams Live – Rising pop singer Gracie Abrams comes to Dallas in support of her new album, “Good Riddance.” Folk-pop trio Tiny Habits will be joining on this tour. The Echo Lounge and Music Hall on March 26.
